2026 Backpack/Uniform Giveaways

In preparation for the 2026–2027 school year, we gave out approximately 150 backpacks and 100 school uniforms, along with jackets, for children going back to school. Supplies were distributed between Yuri's Tavern in Pioneer, FL and VFW Post 4174 in Lehigh Acres, FL. 

At Yuri's Tavern | 13983 FL-80, Pioneer, FL 33440, we set up a bounce house for the kids and provided 12 free haircuts to local children. At VFW Post 4174 | 25 Homestead Rd S, Lehigh Acres FL 33936, we handed out the remaining backpacks and uniforms while the post commander served hot dogs and other snacks to families in the area.

We are grateful for the impact we were able to make, and we thank everyone who supported us in accomplishing this mission.
